2011 Tuesday Night Cyclocross Practice

Location: Emery Park Ski Lodge --Bottom of the hill (or top, depending on weather)

2084 Emery Road | South Wales, 14139

Dates: Tuesday Nights—Sept 6 through November 8

Time: 5:30-7:30. Late arrivals are OK.

Format: These are sessions that focus on skills and fitness. We do a race simulation session, followed by skills practice and some free coaching (you get what you pay for…). The sessions are designed so all abilities can ride together. The county has agreed to light the entire area using the ski hill lighting system. This is the only lighted night practice in the area, perhaps in the state.

Sanction: These are permitted as USA Cycling training rides, so bring your racing license

Cost: $20 for the whole series to cover the permit and insurance costs

** These sessions are fun, great exercise and an opportunity to see your friends from the cycling world during the fall. You get a great workout, free coaching and lots of fun under the big arc lights. Come out and support this unique event.
